Enroll or Update Contact Information
This option is to enroll for the first time, or update contact information (if already enrolled). Enrollment only needs to be done once, but is required before you can use Password123 to reset your password or unlock your account.

Reset
You can reset your password if you have forgotten it or if it has expired.

Unlock
You can unlock your account if the wrong password has been entered too many times.
Unlock and reset a locked account.
Change
You can change your password if you know your current password.
Change a known password.
